Indeed, WE sent it [i.e., the Quran] down in the Night of Divine Apportionment [Qadar]
And what defines for you what the Night of Qadar is?
The Night of Qadar is better than a thousand months
The angels and the Spirit stream down therein, with their Rabb’s permission, [bearing the precise apportionment] from every decree,
Peace is [the Night of Qadar], until the rise of dawn.
