Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High.
Who created and proportioned.
Who determined and guided.
Who brought forth the pasture.
Then turned it to dark debris.
We will make you read, and you will not forget.
Except what God wills. He knows what is open and what is hidden.
We will ease you toward ease.
So remind, if the reminder benefits.
The one who fears will take heed.
But the most wretched will avoid it.
The one who will burn in the gigantic Fire.
Then he will neither die in it nor live.
Successful is the one who purifies himself.
And remembers the name of his Lord and prays.
But you prefer the life of this world.
While the Hereafter is better and more lasting.
