By the night when it covers.
By the day when it becomes manifest.
By what created the male and the female.
Indeed, your striving is surely diverse.
Then as for him who gave and feared,
And verified the best,
Then soon We will ease him to the ease.
And as for him who was stingy and was free of need,
And denied the best,
Then soon We will ease him to the difficulty.
And his wealth will not avail him when he falls.
Indeed, upon Us is surely the guidance.
And indeed, for Us is surely the hereafter and the former.
So I warned you of a fire, it blazes.
None will burn in it except the most unprosperous,
The one who denied and turned away.
And the one who fears most will be far removed from it,
The one who gives his wealth to purify himself,
And there is not for anyone a favour with him to be recompensed.
Except seeking the face of his Lord, the Most High.
And surely, soon he will be pleased.
