Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High.
The one who created, then He made uniform.
And the one who decreed, then He guided.
And the one who brought forth the pasturage,
Then He made it black scum.
Soon We will make you read, so you will not forget,
Except what God willed. Indeed He, He knows the public and what is hidden.
And We will ease you to the ease.
So remind, if the reminder benefits.
Soon he who fears will remember,
And the most unprosperous one will avoid it;
The one who will burn in the great fire;
Then he will not die in it nor live.
Certainly, he prospered who purified himself
And remembered the name of his Lord, then prayed.
Nay, you prefer the worldly life,
And the hereafter is better and more lasting.
Indeed, this is surely in the former books,
The books of Abraham and Moses.
