and (Fa) the deliverers (El'Mul'qiyaati) of remembrance (Zik'raa)
And by the ones that receive a remembrance;
By those (Angels) who bring down the Revelation Knowledge
And those bringing the reminder,
and by those casting a Reminder,
Consider those who relay the reminder [of God’s Word],…
and [by angels] delivering a Reminder [the Quran]
Then by the throwers (Angels) of, a reminder.
by those who inspire [God’s] remembrance,
And those who disclose the reminder (the forces that manifest in consciousness; the Exalted Assembly [Mala-i Ala]. The word ‘ilqa’ or ‘liqa’ [disclosure] is like ‘nafh’ [breath] in that it goes outward from within; it is an explicit projection experienced in the consciousness. In the sequence: the Hidden [Reflection of Attributes], the Secret [Reflection of Names], the Spirit [Fuad: Reflectors of the Names], the Heart [Consciousness] and the Self [Identity – Individual consciousness]. It looks to the reflections from the spirit to the heart. ‘Vicegerent’ [Khalifa] – ‘Man’ is the totality of all of these states or one who incorporates all of these states is called a true ‘Man’).
The Mulqiyat that remind,
and those who deliver a Reminder
And by those who reveal the (Divine) Reminder
Then they disclose to them -to the Messengers- Allah's revelations and ordinances which inspirit the faith
then those that bring down the reminder ,
By those that offer a reminder,
