Have you not seen ˹O Prophet˺ how your Lord ˹Allah˺ dealt with the companions (i.e., army) of the elephant
Did He ˹Allah˺ not make their (i.e., the companions of the elephant) plot go astray (i.e., flop)?
And He ˹Allah˺ sent against them (i.e., the companions of the elephant) birds in flocks
striking them (i.e., the companions of the elephant) with stones of sijjil (i.e., baked hardened clay)
And He ˹Allah˺ made them (i.e., the companions of the elephant) like eaten up straw
